I purposely grouped these particular coffee shops together because of their names. Well that, and they’re all really good. It stands to reason that if you come across a coffee shop in Seattle whose name starts with “Caf(f)e”, it’s probably a good one. Plus it just sounds very classy and European, doesn’t it?
